Case managers will utilize a collaborative process to improve overall wellbeing of each individual or family. Case management consists of 2 short meetings per month at office, home, school, or community location. Case managers can assist families with a wide variety of needs.

Our licensed providers are able to complete mental health evaluations to determine level of need for mental health services for a particular individual. A qualified behavioral health professional would complete an assessment to determine eligibility for services and make recommendations on the type of services that would be needed. A written statement can also be provided to request agency with the proof of evaluation and recommendation. This process takes approximately 1 hour.
